Our Salt Lake Valley area ambulatory clinic provides prescribing and counseling services to insured and self/pay clients. We see multiple mental health related problems including but not limited to depression, anxiety, ADHD, Bipolar and psychosis. Looking for a student interested in staying in the Salt Lake Valley area upon completion of educational program.

Family Practice (see an average of 20 patients daily) Very friendly and welcoming environment

We have been precepting students for the past 5 years and encourage independent thinking, autonomy, and a comprehensive learning experience.

Rural, private practice clinic

Salina Family Medicine is a private practice facility, and is an interesting collaboration between Central Utah Clinic and Gunnison Valley Hospital. The staff includes 1 nurse practitioner with over 9 years of experience, a receptionist and an LPN who are both well-experienced and friendly. A family medicine physician collaborates, and will see ob patients one day a week. Clinic hours are daily from 9am to 5pm except Thursdays, on which day the clinic will be open from Noon until 7pm. The clinic director is a Family Nurse Practitioner, and a National Health Service Corps scholar. He has experience with Meaningful Use, and has previously worked in Federally Qualified Community Health Centers, leading one clinic through the Joint Commission Patient-Centered Medical Home certification process.

Family clinic that sees patients Ranging from newborns to elderly. Also have the opportunity to work in the emergency room.

Urgent Care

Urgent Care Clinic that sees all age ranges. Clinic treats around 60-90 patients each day. Open 7 days a week. Staffed by PAs and NPs. 2 providers on at all times. Open to PA and NP students.

Outpatient psychiatry office

Work 1:1 with graduate level PMHNP students to prepare them for working with pediatric, adult, geriatric, and special populations patients in the community.

Family Practice

Family Medicine, all ages, work T/TH/F 7-7.

Behavioral health clinic, offering counseling, day, treatment group, and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners. We have precept offerings Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday at this time.

Our clinic is Renewed Hope Counseling and wellness and we are located in Meridian Idaho and we have availability for precepting Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. We provide mental health evaluation, diagnosis, medication management and Spravato. We also are a Suboxone clinic

Hospital owned walk-in clinic, small town, clinicians mostly FNP's and PA's.

Cortez, CO walk-in clinic, 8am to 8pm shifts, minor urgent care, all ages, some procedures. Can precept DNP students.

Mobile, NP owned, primary care practice. You would see patients in their homes and assisted living facilities. The provider is credentialed/licensed to treat patients ages 14+; the demographic focus is on the adult-geriatric population.
