Pediatric Nurse Pracitioners, are you struggling to coordinate care and provide follow-up for children with special health care needs in your practice?

The Utah Department of Health, Bureau of Children with Special Health Care Needs has created a new no-cost program to partner with you and your staff to coordinate care for your patients.

The Integrated Services Program is available by phone or e-mail Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
